Judy Gibson, a principal of Fisher Partners Management Services, has eighteen years' experience in human resources in the city government, financial services and legal services prior to joining FPMS. Her legal research background using Internet and database tracking tools has proved highly effective applied to the focused candidate research necessary for FPMS's practices in seeking out the most qualified candidates.

Judy is also a certified human resources professional and an accredited corporate paralegal. She continues to stay-up-to-date on issues related to human resources and recruitment. She has served as the head of the research department and is a skilled investigator. Her other responsibilities include evaluating candidate references, educational qualifications and previous salaries during the recruiting process. She thrives on the challenge and excitement of finding quality people for quality positions.
